Cranberry Pie

For a sweet ending to a delicious kosher Thanksgiving meal, try this cranberry pie recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 2 or more cups cranberries, washed
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup margarine melted
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup flour

Preparation:

1. Grease pie pan. Spread berries in pan.
2. Cover with only 1/2 cup sugar. Cover with nuts.
3. In a bowl, mix melted margarine with remaining 1 cup sugar. Add eggs and flour.
4. Pour over pie.
5. Bake in 325 degree Fahrenheit oven for 1 hour.
