This Balsamic Chicken is the perfect entree for Shabbat Dinner. I like to serve it in the winter with potatoes and asparagus.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 pounds chicken
Preparation:
1. Mix together all ingredients.2. Spread on chicken.
3. Let the chicken marinate in the sauce for a few hours before baking.
4. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
5. Uncover and bake another 45 minutes.
