Passover Rolls

From , About.com

My kids LOVE these soft Passover rolls! They make sandwiches by stuffing them with any of the following: tuna fish, jelly, cheese, hotdogs, sandwich meat and more.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 cups matzah meal
  • 2+ Tbsp. sugar (depends on how sweet you want)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 8 eggs

Preparation:

1. Bring water and oil to a boil. Let stand 10 minutes.
2. Add dry ingredients.
3. Stir in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Drop from Tbsp. onto greased cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40-50 minutes.
