Passover Cauliflower

Those dish can also be made without the matzah meal so that it consists only of the cauliflower, eggs and spices.

Ingredients:

  • cauliflower
  • eggs
  • matzah flour seasoned with garlic powder, salt, and sugar

Preparation:

1. Cut cauliflower into large pieces. Steam cauliflower until tender, but not too soft. Drain and cool. 
2. Dip each cauliflower piece in eggs, and then dip in seasoned matzah flour.
3. Place in greased baking dish. 
4. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-30 minutes until heated through.
