When can my child and I notice God's awesome power in the world?
- Visit the aquarium or zoo to look at God’s many creations.
- Plant a seed, water it, and watch it grow. Discuss how people cannot make seeds, but we can help them to bloom.
- Point out the ocean, waterfalls, rainbows.
- Notice new life such as a new baby or flower.
- Appreciate the body. If the child does (physically) something new, note "how beautifully the body that God gave you is growing!" If the child was sick or got hurt, note "how amazing the body that God gave you heals.”
