Hanukkah Recipes

When we invite guests to our Hanukkah party, we serve a variety of latkas (potato, corn, zucchini, cheese, ...) topped with applesauce or sour cream. Fish and a big green salad go nicely with the fried latkas. Hanukkah doughnuts (soofganiot) are a traditional Hanukkah dessert.
