Question: Am I entitled to Jewish burial if I donate organs after I die?

Answer: The answer to your first question is absolutely yes! You can donate organs. In fact it is a mitzvah, and I have it marked on my driver's license.

The answer to your second question is absolutely yes! You can have a Jewish burial after donating organs - but may you live to a 120!!!

If you have any further questions, please feel free to speak with your own Conservative Rabbi who has the final voice in these matters of Jewish law.
