How to Make Passover Rolls
These rolls have become the staple of my kids' Passover diet. They eat them with eggs, cottage cheese, yellow cheese, cream cheese, jelly, mayonnaise, sandwich meat, hamburgers and hotdogs. It is great to be able to quickly and easily whip up something they will eat during Passover. Give it a try - your kids will thank you!
Difficulty Level: easy Time Required: 15 minutes to prepare, 1 hour to bake
Here's How:
- Bring 2 cups of water and 1 cup of oil to a boil. Then let the mixture stand for 10 minutes to cool a bit.
- Add 3 cups of matzah meal, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2-3 Tablespoons of sugar. More sugar can be added if you want a sweeter roll. Mix well.

- Grease a kosher for Passover cookie sheet.
- Drop the dough from a tablespoon onto the cookie sheet.
