Sukkot menus vary greatly from family to family. There is a tendency to serve lots of fruits and vegetables given Sukkot is a festival of the harvest. In Israel it is customary to serve stuffed vegetables. Whatever dishes you choose for your Sukkot menu, make sure they are easy to carry into and serve in the sukkah.
