Question

What is the procedure for Kiddush when I am niddah (menstrating)? We often have guests and I don't want them to know my "business." Does my husband just pour and then pass around the cups, or what?

Answer

The best procedure is to hand out small wine cups for everyone, every week, so that there is no distinction. Alternatively, it should be poured into your cup with the left hand, or some other unusual manner - (source: ibid 195:10).
