Yidith says, "I don't have the exact measurements because I just make this off the top of my head. Enjoy."

Ingredients for two people:

Juice - apple or orange, at least one cup

Garlic - one or two cloves
Onion - one large, chopped
Honey or Brown sugar - at least half a cup
Salt and Pepper
Vinegar - a dash
Mustard - a dollop

1. Sear liver in very hot oil in a deep pan until the outside is crisp (don't overdo it)
2. Add the onions and garlic; brown them.
3. Lower heat, then add fruit juice with vinegar and mustard - liver and onions should be completely covered.
4. Simmer softly and add add remaining ingredients.
5. Cover the pan. Simmer until the liver is well-done on the inside (about 15-20 minutes)
