Recipe for Michelle's Cabbage-Nut Salad   print

Salad:
1 medium cabbage, shredded
1 packages of dry ramain noodles (no spices used in this recipe)
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup slivered almonds

Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
1/4-1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 T soy sauce
1 vegetable cube

1. Shred one large cabbage into thin slices.
2. Mix all the dressing ingrediants together - oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and vegetable cube. Pour over cabbage and refrigerate.
3. Toast ramain noodles, sesame seeds, and almonds.
4. Add them to the cabbage and dressing mixture right before serving.
