sticks of butter
8 oz. unsweetened chocolate (8 squares)
4 cups sugar
8 eggs
2 cups flour
3/4 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1.
Melt butter and chocolate together over low heat on stove. Cool slightly.
2. In mixer, combine sugar, eggs and above chocolate mixture.
3. Add flour
and vanilla until well combined.
4. Pour into greased/sprayed 11x17 pan.
5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until a knife comes out dry (20-30 minutes).
1. Generously
grease a pyrex baking dish.
2. Mix together the bread crumbs and spices in
a bowl.
3. Dip chicken pieces in cold water and then in bread crumbs.
4. Lay the breaded chicken in the greased pan. Sprinkle oil on top of chicken
pieces.
5. Bake chicken, uncovered, for1-1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
