Spices - a bit of garlic powder, paprika, salt, ...

1.
Generously grease a pyrex baking dish.
2. Mix together the bread crumbs and
spices in a bowl.
3. Dip chicken pieces in cold water and then in bread crumbs.
4. Lay the breaded chicken in the greased pan. Sprinkle oil on top of chicken
pieces.
5. Bake chicken, uncovered, for1-1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
