1/2 cup apricot jelly
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
6-8 chicken pieces

1. Mix together the first 4 ingredients.
2. Spread on chicken.
3. If possible, let the chicken marinate in the sauce for a few hours before baking.
4. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F. Uncover and bake another 45 minutes.
