cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp ketchup
2
minced scallions
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
1 clove
garlic
Mix together all ingredients. Spread on chicken. Let the chicken marinate in the sauce for a few hours before baking. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Uncover and bake another 45 minutes.
