* by Lea Schottenstein, Ahavas Shalom Cookbook.

1 (5-7 lb) brisket, washed and drained
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup Coca-Cola
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/4 cup honey
4 Tbsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. mustard powder
1 small onion
1/2 tsp. paprika

Chop all seasonings in food processor and pour over brisket. Best if marinated overnight. Cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, loosely covered, until done, approximately 4 to 5 hours. When cool, pour the whole gravy in a saucepan. Add 1 Tbsp. flour and let cook until half the liquid is reduced. Pour over sliced meat.
