Salad:
2 small cabbages, finely shredded
1 cup sunflower seeds (if possible, unsalted and untoasted)
1 cup sliced almonds
2 packages of Ramen noodles (dry, no spices used in this recipe)

Dressing:
1 cup oil of choice (olive good)
1/2-1 cup sugar (depending on how sweet you want your salad)
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 vegetable bullion cubes or 2 Tbsp. vegetable soup powder

1. Toast (lightly, be careful not to burn) together the Ramen noodles, almonds, and sunflower seeds.
2.
Blend dressing ingrediens until bullion is dissolved (a whisk isn't strong enough)
3.
Mix the cabbage and toasted nuts. Pour dressing on top of the salad.
