2 pounds frozen broccoli
1 package frozen filo dough
1/2-1 cup cottage cheese
1/2-1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg yolk

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease two cookie sheets.

2. Defrost frozen filo dough according to directions

3. Boil the broccoli until soft enough to mash with a fork. Drain well. Mash with a fork.

4. Add cottage and mozzarella cheese to the mashed broccoli. Stir well.

5. Unravel the Filo dough into one long strip. Cut in half to form two shorter strips. Spread the broccoli and cheese mixture evenly on top of the two strips of dough. Roll each strip of Filo dough up to form a roll with the broccoli-cheese mixture inside.

6. Lay each broccoli roll down on a greased cookie sheet. Brush the top of the roll with egg yolk.

7. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 30 minutes or until the roll is a nice golden color.
