eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup matzo meal
1 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1. Beat eggs with milk. Add cottage cheese.
2. Mix matzo meal with sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add to egg mixture and beat.
3. Drop from tablespoon onto hot, greased frying pan. Brown on both sides.
4. Serve hot with sour cream, applesauce or sugar.
